Beat Cards
A bottom-up board of beat cards grouped inside their scenes, led by a prominent Unplaced pool. Capture loose beats first, then place each into a scene — or spin up a new scene (or chapter and scene) right from the card. The pantser's companion to Outline; both edit the same structure.
