Presence
Two maps of which characters are in which chapters: the one you build yourself by tagging scenes, which needs no analysis and works with AI off, and the analysis's mention-density read of the same question. Read across a row to follow one character's thread, or down a column to see a chapter's cast; chapter numbers are links, so you can open a chapter and check whether a gap is deliberate.
